I'm an undergraduate student at Cornell, studying International Agriculture and Rural Development. I'm interested in how our food systems fit into our society, culture, economy, and environment. Food insecurity and food literacy are such multi-faceted issues that can be understood within large structural contexts, and within local settings like Cornell campus. I'm excited to use this blog as a platform to both educate and engage people with relevant food topics and recipes.
